INSTRUCTORS
Here, at the BC Fiddle 'Treat we are proud of the quality of instruction provided. And, of course, the quality of instruction is due, in large part, to the quality of instructor.

If you're familiar with our History, you're familiar with some of the awesome musicians & teachers who have shared their talents and knowledge with our students in the past. This year’s instructors to date are:

FIDDLE:

Gordon Stobbe former host of “Up Home Tonight”, Gord is becoming a household word in the fiddle communities across Canada. From his home in Nova Scotia to the West Coast of BC, his musical ability and teaching skills have inspired us all. We are delighted to have him back.

Michelle Bruce Founder of the Coast String Fiddlers, Michelle now makes her home in Quesnel where she continues to teach students of all ages. Her ability in a variety of styles including Celtic, Metis, Old Time and Appalachian has taken her to fiddle camps throughout BC and the Yukon.

JJ Guy from Lintlaw Saskatchewan is back. JJ’s energy and talent were a big hit with the students. We are happy to add him to our roster again.

OTHER INSTRUCTORS WILL BE ADDED AS THEY ARE CONFIRMED.

Well ... there you have it - this year's very impressive line-up! Regardless whether your instrument of choice is fiddle, piano, guitar or mandolin ... we have the Instructors for you!

Note: It is advisable for beginner guitar students to know at least three basic chords (A, D and E). Instructors may be subject to change
